Plated banquets require each guest pre-order from our limited menu.

The traditional restaurant meal in a private group setting.

LUNCH MENU

Chicken Caesar Salad

Salads

Our Caesar salad topped with char broiled marinated

breast of chicken, spiced croutons and fresh parmesan.

Raspberry Chicken Salad

Mixed greens with grilled chicken, Gorgonzola, tomatoes

and walnuts tossed in a raspberry vinaigrette.

Oriental Chicken Salad

Crisp Romaine, bean sprouts, red bells, sesame seeds, roasted peanuts and char broiled teriyaki chicken tossed in a sesame oil dressing.

Blueberry Vinaigrette Salad

Mixed greens tossed in blueberry vinaigrette.  Topped with cherry tomatoes, blue cheese crumbles, walnuts, grilled chicken and a Balsamic reduction.

BBQ Bacon Burger

Seasoned 1/2 lb. burger, bacon, cheddar cheese and the Peppery’s original BBQ sauce. Served on a sourdough roll. Jalapenos on request.

Sandwiches

Teriyaki Chicken

Charbroiled chicken marinated in teriyaki and topped with

roasted red peppers.  Served on a sourdough roll.

Peppery Burger

Seasoned 1/2 lb. burger, lettuce, tomato, red onion and a mild green chile pepper and the Peppery’s original BBQ sauce.  Cheese on request.

Peppery Cheesesteak

Sliced tri-tip topped with grilled onions, red bell peppers, jalapeno

and pepper jack cheese on a sourdough roll.

Peppery Chicken

Charbroiled chicken with grilled red bells and onions topped with

pepper jack cheese.  Served on a sourdough roll.

Hot Pastrami

Grilled pastrami and swiss cheese with our peppercorn mustard on a sourdough roll.

New York Pepper Steak

8 oz. New York strip seasoned with cracked pepper and garlic.  

Served on a sourdough roll with our chipotle aioli.  

A sandwich choice will come with either Peppery French Fries or Balsamic Cole Slaw.

Pastas

Artichoke Capellini

Artichokes, fresh tomatoes, basil and chile flakes tossed with

angel hair pasta in a butter, wine and garlic sauce.

Seafood Linguine

Fresh bay scallops, prawns and bay shrimp in a seafood cream sauce with garlic, green onions, basil and fresh Parmesan.

Sliced Tri-Tip

Charbroiled to order and sliced thin, topped with our demi sauce.

Served with jalapeno cheddar mashed potatoes and fresh vegetables.

Dinners Menu

Marinated Chicken Breast

Charbroiled with sauteed mushrooms, red bell peppers and fresh basil. Served with jalapeno cheddar mashed potatoes and fresh vegetables.

Filet Mignon Béarnaise

Charbroiled beef tenderloin topped with béarnaise sauce.  Served with

jalapeno cheddar mashed potatoes and fresh vegetables.

Peppery Prime Rib

Prime rib seasoned and roasted.  Topped with our garlic au jus, and a side of horseradish.  Served with jalapeno cheddar mashed potatoes and fresh vegetables. If you choose this menu item, we will need a count the day before the event.

Pastas

We do require a deposit and ask that you make reservations at least 2 weeks in advance.  On the day of the group function you will be responsible for payment in full.  There will be a small service fee added to the bill if less than the reserved number of people attend.
